Lavanya Chandrashekar

Chief Financial Officer

Lavanya Chandrashekar is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ.

Ms. Chandrashekar joined »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ as Chief Financial Officer in January 2025. She previously served as a Director of the Board of Diageo PLC and Chief Financial Officer of Diageo between July 2021 and September 2024, where she led the company through a period of accelerated growth and spearheaded the company’s global digital transformation program.

Prior to Diageo, she held numerous senior positions at blue chip consumer facing companies, Procter & Gamble and Mondelēz.

Ms. Chandrashekar is a graduate of Mount Carmel College and earned her Masters of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore.
